The hotel is set in a serene location, offering fresh air and a nice view. Guests can walk to a nearby eatery and enjoy delicious regional cuisine. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are adequately clean. the staff provides average service and a simple breakfast.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance which can lead to unpleasant experiences.

Had the chance to celebrate New Year at this hotel. Loved the fresh air and beautiful views of the mountains from the room. The traditional Black Sea region wedding was a fun surprise that added excitement. Breakfast was good enough with a variety of choices.
The hotel is definitely understaffed, as there was no one in the reception when we arrived. The restaurant was closed, making it difficult to get dinner, and the rooms lacked cleanliness.

The hotel had a great location with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. the fresh air was refreshing compared to the bustling city I had just left. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing me with all the necessary amenities for my business trip. the breakfast spread was fantastic and offered a variety of options to satisfy all types of palates.
the room was not as clean as I would have hoped, and there were a few stains on the linens.
